TERMS & CONDITIONS

Flamingo Craft proposes quality craft products at affordable prices.

Every effort is made to entertain orders received, however this depends on stock availability at date of confirmation of order. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

At Flamingo Craft every effort is made to ship orders received as efficiently as possible, and in most cases within 2 days of clearance of payment. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control are occasionally inevitable.

Risk of loss and damage to goods passes to you, the customer, on the date when the goods are delivered.

Every effort is made to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in computer monitor calibrations, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of a system failure, maintenance, or for reasons beyond our control.

PRICING

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.

Orders from outside Malta, may be subject to import duties and taxes. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country are your sole responsibility.

PAYING WITH PayPal

All payments are effected through PayPal, which enables users to pay either through their PayPal account or by using any major credit card. Payments are secure, and customers receive all protection under PayPal's Buyer Protection.

PayPal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online. PayPal hides your financial details so you don't have to share them online. PayPal also protects your purchases - so you can shop with confidence. You can make PayPal payments using your credit card, debit card, or bank account. You only need to register the details for your choice of payment once and PayPal will remember and safeguard them for you. You can then use the same method each time you shop. All you need is your email address for quick, easy payment.

PACKING & SHIPPING

Packages are generally mailed out within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via MaltaPost as Local or International. You will have the option of Standard or Registered Mail at checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated on the weight of your package.

N.B. these charges apply to the majority of purchases, but there may be exceptions, such as for heavier items or more expensive items where higher P&P charges apply. Should this be the case, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed with order or receive a refund.

Shipping fees are inclusive of handling, packing and postage costs.

Orders are mailed out individually and will not be grouped.

Please allow 4-5 days for European delivery, and 10-21 days for Rest of the World.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Prepaid orders can be cancelled prior to despatch. Please contact us within an hour from time of placing your order to cancel. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been cancelled and refund of the price paid.

RETURNS

Damaged/Faulty: If the product is damaged / faulty or the wrong item has been sent to you and you require a replacement, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS please contact us to arrange the most suitable returns procedure. If no replacement stock is available, a refund will be issued. If you return goods to us that are found not to be faulty on inspection by us, we reserve the right to deduct the costs involved from any refund we will make in respect of those goods.

Important Information: Due to its delicate texture, Foamiran sheets could have slightly uneven edges, and occasional minute holes typical of foam. This is not considered a defect and will not affect you in any way as the material is very versatile and flexible.

Postage: Customers are responsible for paying return postage (unless otherwise stated). Please contact us if you wish to to discuss return of an item. We will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. In this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved.

Our liability to you (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) will be limited to the purchase price paid by you for the products plus any postage and packaging costs.

COPYRIGHT

It is prohibited for any images to be downloaded from this site and reused in any other medium, without our express prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of breach of the terms and conditions by you, or your use of this website.

It is prohibited to access this website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful.

When confirming payment, you will be accepting all the above Terms and Conditions of Sale.
